On Main Signal Bd.:
Is the "5V_STBY" voltage
supplied?
(see TABLE *1.0)
no: 0
V
Power Bd. is not working.
Replace "Power Bd."
Unplug (K8C) connector on Main Bd.
On Power Bd.: Is the "5V_STBY"voltage supplied?
(see TABLE *2.0)
no: 0
V
yes: 5V
Replace "Main Bd."
and "Wiring Harness"
yes: 5V
Green Power LED:
Does not turn ON.
The TV is dead.
Confirm wire harness connection
between Main Bd. & Power Bd.,
and confirm LED again.
On Main Signal Bd.:
Is the "5V_STBY" voltage
on "K8CTR pin 1" ?
no: 0
V
yes: 5V
While pushing the
"Power Key SW": is the 4.6V from
"KEY SW" supplied to "K8CTR
pin 3"?
yes
Main Bd. is not working.

o voltage (0V) at K8CTR pin 3, or 4.6V always present

Key Switch Assy. unit will be broken.
Replace "Key Switch Assy."
Main Bd. is not working.
