If T. Cnt. Bd. & LVDS Cable does not
correct problem, then:
2nd: Replace "LCD Panel"
Is power to T-CON supllied
from Main Bd.?
(see TABLE*2.0)
Is LVDS Clock outputed?
(see TABLE*3.0)
Confirm LVDS cable connection.
And check for video/OSD again.

Is the 12V supplied
from Pwer Bd.?

note: The bandwidth of the oscilloscope and probe must be
at least 100 MHZ or hi
