HEAD AZIMUTH ADJUSTMENT
1. Load test tape MTT-114 in the cassette case. Tt
2. Connect a VTVM to the LEFT EXT SP jack, and another VTVM to
the RIGHT EXT SP jack.
3. Place the FUNCTION SELECT switch in the TAPE MODE and
playback.

4. Adjust the head azimuth adjusting screw for maximum playback
output on the VTVM's.

Load test tape MTT-111 which has been recorded with a 3,000
Hz test signal
Connect the frequency counter to the LEFT EXT SP jack in
parallel with the VTVM

Adjust the trim pot tn the motor for 2,985 Hz to 3,015 Hz reading
on the frequency counter.
