compartment
lid
and
connect
a
frequency
counter
to
the
left
or
right
channel

Then,
play
back
a
3kHz
test
tape
(Example:
TEAC
MTT-111).

Adjust
the
tape
speed
by
turning
the
potentiometer
inside
the
Motor
with
an
alignment
tool
until
the
frequency
counter
reads

(+10Hz).

a

synchroscope
to
both
channels

it

azimuth
adjusting
screw

the
amplitudes
of
both
channel
signal
wave
forms
are
at
maximum
and
both
wave
forms
overlap.
Set
to
optimum
at
maximum
reading
of
the
VIVM.
