Peel
the
sheet
off
the
Mount
Bracket
and
remove
the
two
screws
(19
and
20)
fastening
the
Mount
Bracket
and
the
two
screws
(21
and
22)
fastening
the
REC/PLAY
switch.
Unsolder
the
Power
and
Erase
switches
from
the
Amplifier
EPC
and
remove
the
two
screws
(23
and
24).
Detach
the
EPC
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
and
unsolder
the
four
motor
leads
(red,
green,
black,
yellow)
from
the
motor
and
the
four
head
leads
(red,
green,
black,
blue).

NOTE:

The
ERASE
switch
is
not
included
in
the
unchanged
unit.
Check
the
seria!
number
in
advance.

Before
attempting
to
adjust
the
mechanism
of
this
unit,
wip
the
tape
contacting
surfaces
(of
the
pinch
roller,
Record/Playback
head
and
capstan)
clean
as
well
as
the
contact
surfaces
of
the
driving
parts
(motor
pulley,
flywheel,
belts)
with
a
piece
of
soft
cloth
soaked
in
alcohol.
Oil
and
grease
stains
may
cause
trouble.

Handle
the
belt
carefully

check
the
used
rubber
parts.

rubber
has
deteriorated
or
is
scratched,
replace
the
parts
with
new
one,

confirm
that
the
contacts
of
the
leaf
switch
is
not
deformed.
