13. Trouble-shooting
Liquid is leaking between the
ejection unit and the valve
Unit aspirates in air
Delivered volume is
incorrect
- Ejection unit is loose or
damaged
- Wrong ejection unit is used
- Unit is not primed
- Suction tube is loose
- Suction tube or union nut
damaged
- Ejection unit loose or damaged
- Suction tube loose or damaged
- Suction/ejection valves loose or
damaged
- Mount the original ejection unit correctly
(see point 6.2).
- Use only the original ejection unit.
- Prime the unit (see point 7.2).
- Tighten the suction tube (see point 6.1).
- Replace original suction tube
(see point 15.Accessories spare parts).
- Install a genuine ejection unit correctly
(see point 6.2).
- Tighten the suction tube (see point 6.1).
- Tighten the valves with the assembly
wrench.
- Clean the unit (see point 8.1).
- If necessary, change the valves
(see point 10.).
