settings only. User data must be programmed again. Data on administrator and
service codes are stored in the separate EEPROM memory and they are not lost
after removal of jumper MEMORY.
STARTING THE CONTROL PANEL
Correctly installed control panel should start after mains power supply is switched on,
as described in point Starting the system.
The control panel with the factory software (after restart of settings) operates all
keypads installed just as if they are identified. However, it does not monitor keypads
tampering and their zones, and does not allow programming of keypad operation
parameters. When connected to the computer, it forces generation of a new data set.
NOTES:
• Before commencing control panel programming, it is necessary to perform
identification of keypads and expanders. This will allow access to parameters
programmed for the existing hardware.
• If the control panel is to be remotely programmed via the telephone line, it is
necessary to program telephone number of the service computer.
• Hardware identification and programming of the service telephone number are
made with proper service functions.
Service mode
Control panel programming from LCD keypad is carried out with the use of service
functions accessible from service mode menu. This mode is switched on by the
service (installer) choosing the entry “Service mode” in user function menu.
How to activate the service mode (codes as for restart of settings):
1. Open service access:
a) type the administrator code and press  (press 1111),
b) select the entry “Service access” from the list and enter this function ( key # or
Ö),
c) specify service access time (in hours) and confirm it with key #.
2. Type service code and press  (press 12345),
3. Select the entry “Service mode” and press # or Ö.
NOTES:
• Service mode is indicated with LED marked “SERVICE” at LCD keypads. The
control panel remains in service mode until the user exits it with the use of
function “End of TS (Service Mode)”.
• Alarms for zones “24h vibrational”, 24h cash point”, “Sound signalled attack” and
“Silent attack” only are possible in the service mode.
If the service mode starting according to the description above is impossible – the
control panel does not control the keypad because of any reason – it is necessary to
carry out special procedure to start the control panel and enter the service mode
“with the use of pins”. To ensure that all settings are in accordance with factory
settings, perform functions of setting restarts in the service mode.
