CA-64 SATEL
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
In this section, basic information on CA-64 control panel features is given, as defined
in the software stored in FLASH memory.
Windows of DLOAD64 version 1.03.08 are used in descriptions.
Subsystems
CA-64 control panel makes possible to create up to 8 subsystems. They are treated
as separate alarm systems. It is possible to configure the control panel so that either
individual subsystems have their own, separate control (LCD keypads, partition
keypads, locks) and their own signalling units and/or hardware is joined by all
subsystems.
In case of joined LCD keypads, the code of the user giving command defines which
subsystems is controlled (keypads are not “connected” to partition, GOTO type
functions are not needed).
Events from individual subsystems are sent to the monitoring station with individual
identifiers. After selecting the Ademco Contact ID format, the control panel separates
events automatically. For other formats, the service personnel assign the events to
identifiers, according to the assignation of system components (zones, partition,
users) to individual partitions.
