• Check mains outlet
• Return to customer
service
• Dry any moisture, especially
on electrical contacts
• Check water supply
• Check pressure
• Clean or replace filter
• Return to customer

• Remove obstruction
• Adjust spray
• Replace tip

• Wipe electrical contacts

• Wrong mains cord connection
• Blown fuse

• Incorrect spray adjustment
• Worn or deformed tip
• Incorrect use: wrong angle of
application or inadequate pressure on
tooth
• Presence of fluid or moisture between
handpiece and cord
• Incorrect tip tightening
• Defective connector contact
• Cut wire in handpiece cord
• Worn sealing gasket (1.15 x 1) in
handpiece
