Push six HIDDEN CAMS (DD2) into the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHT (C). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (EE2)
into each HIDDEN CAM.
Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.
