Turn four CAM SCREWS (7) into the TOP (D).

Insert four HIDDEN CAMS (5) into the UPRIGHTS (G and H).

Fasten the TOP (D) to the UPRIGHTS (G and H). Tighten four
HIDDEN CAMS.

Fasten the TOP (D) to the RIGHT LEG (A). Use two BLACK
1-3/4" PAN HEAD SCREWS (13).
