Finish drilling out the pre-drilled hole with your electric
drill and 1/4" drill bit to fasten the BOTTOM (F2) to
the LARGE END (B2) and UPRIGHT (D2).

Fasten the BOTTOM (F2) to the ENDS (A2 and B2)
and UPRIGHT (D2). Use six BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (113S).
