  If your Sauter Ventilation Hood isn't operating effectively, make sure that: the selected motor speed is high enough to clear smoke and vapors; your kitchen has enough ventilation for fresh air intake; and the carbon filter isn't worn out if you're using recycling mode.

  If your Sauter Ventilation Hood stopped working, check that the power is on and that a speed has been selected. Also, verify that the single-pole cut-off device hasn't been activated.
