Cab Key Switch

Controls power to cab functions, limiting use to authorized personnel.

Cab Operating Panel Buttons

Facilitate UP/DOWN movement between landings; auto stop at selected landing.

Alarm Button

Sounds an alarm for emergencies when pressed.

Run/Stop Button

Stops the cab and activates the alarm buzzer.

Keypad Phone

Keypad phone located on the COP, or standard phone in a box.

Handrail

A single handrail is mounted on the Cab Operating Panel side of the cab.

Emergency Light

Stays ON during power failure using a battery back-up system.

Landing Hall Call Station Controls

Buttons at all landings to call the cab; optional key switch for access control.

Landing Door and/or Gate Interlock

Prevents cab movement unless the door/gate is closed and locked.

Emergency Battery Operation

Battery backup allows elevator to lower to next/first floor during power failure.
