Charging
Your AA Intelligent Battery Charger can easily be configured to charge many different
types of batteries. The following recommendations should, however, only be seen as
guidelines.
Note: Depending on the condition of the
battery, the charger adapts the charging
currents to ensure optimum charging
of the battery. Only during the main
charging phase, is the battery charged
with the maximum charging current.
Shortly before the maximum charging
capacity has been reached the charging
current is reduced. This ensures a gentle
and best possible charging up to the
battery’s maximum capacity.

MODE-Button: Press to select the operation mode:
12V battery: Standby, Motorcycle-Mode, Motorcycle-Mode +
Frost-Mode, Car-Mode, Car-Mode + Frost-Mode
6V battery: Standby, 6V-Mode, 6V-Mode + Frost-Mode
Long-press for 3 seconds: Standby, LITHIUM-Mode,
RECOVER-12V-Mode
After selecting the charging mode, the charging program begins
automatically, if no further action is taken.
12V-Motorcycle-Mode: Voltage: 14.5V
Charging current: up to 0.9A
Suitable for 12V batteries with a capacity less than 12Ah.
12V-Car-Mode: Voltage: 14.5V Charging current: up to 4.0A
Suitable for 12V batteries with a capacity higher than 12Ah.
6V-Mode: Voltage: 7.3V Charging current: up to 4.0A
If the battery voltage is between 2.0V and 7.0V, the battery is
identified as a 6V battery. By pressing the MODE-button the 6V
charging program is started.
