The blades may be dull or worn, or incorrectly sharpened, requiring you to sharpen them. The engine RPM might be too low; ensure you run the engine at full RPM. A slipping belt could also be the culprit, so adjust the belt tension. The deck may be plugged with grass accumulation, in which case you should clean the underside of the deck. If your ground speed is too fast, slow down to adjust for conditions. Cutting wet grass can also cause this issue, so cut when the grass is dry. Finally, bent blades can cause this, so replace the blades.

The blade lift may be worn, requiring blade replacement. The blade might be upside down; ensure it's mounted with the cutting edge toward the ground. Grass accumulation can plug the deck, so clean the underside of the deck. If the blade angle (deck pitch) is too much, adjust the pitch and level. For issues like an improperly mounted deck or a bent spindle area, consult your authorized SCAG dealer. Also, check if the blade is dull and sharpen it if necessary.
