• Installation, repair and maintenance work may on-
ly be executed by specialists. All protection and
safety devices must be replaced after completing
repair and maintenance procedures. Before doing
any trouble shooting, always disengage the motor.
Check all components and guards for any damage.
Defective parts must be repaired or replaced by
an authorized specialist. Only use original spare
parts. The use of non original parts can be danger-
ous and can cause injuries or damages.
• The machine may only be used for the purpose
it has been designed for. For any use contrary to
designation the operator is the sole person respon-
sible. In such a case the manufacturer is not liable.
Additional safety instructions for fuel-driven ma-
chines
• Never work in closed or poorly vented rooms.
• Be careful – the running motor emits waste gas
that can be invisible and odourless.
• Do not touch the exhaust pipe when the motor is
running (risk of burning).
• Do not touch the spark plug when the motor is run-
ning (risk of electric chock).
• Let the machine cool down before you do any con-
version or repair work.
Relling the fuel
Attention: Risk of explosion. Smoking not al-
lowed.
1. Shut down the motor.
2. Let the motor cool down.
3. Carefully open the tank cap. (Make sure that not
fuel will escape due to overpressure.)
4. Fill in fuel. (Attention: Risk through overowing.)
Immediately remove any spilled fuel with a cloth.
5. Tightly close the tank cap. (The cap can get loose
through the vibration of the machine.)
Operating time
The operation of the vibratory plate can disturb the
blood circulation.
• Use appropriate gloves and make regular pauses.
6. Remaining hazards
The machine has been built using modern tech-
nology in accordance with recognized safety
rules.
Some remaining hazards, however, may still exist.
• Even when all safety measures are taken, some
remaining hazards which are not yet evident may
still be present.
• Remaining hazards can be minimized by follow-
ing the instructions in “Safety instructions”, “Au-
thorized use”, and in the entire operating manual.
