3. OPENING AND CLOSING THE CHINSTRAP
To close the chinstrap fastener, slide the ratchet tongue step by step into the
locking buckle. If you nd that the chinstrap ts too loosely around your chin,
slide the ratchet tongue one step further into the locking buckle.
4. ADJUSTING THE CHINSTRAP
The length of the chinstrap is adjusted by increasing or reducing the length of
strap pulled through the metal buckles. Adjust the length of the chinstrap so that
it ts rmly but comfortably under your chin and x the end of the strap using the
retaining loop with comfort pad.
