  If the FULL CHARGE LED is illuminated on your Schumacher Automobile Battery Charger, but the battery isn't fully charged, it could be due to a high surface charge voltage, and you should replace the battery. Another possibility is that the battery voltage is very low, and the charger detects it as 6V instead of 12V; unplug the charger from the AC and plug it back in.
