What to do if my Schumacher SJ1427 Remote Starter won't jump start my car?

If your Schumacher Remote Starter isn't jump-starting your car, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the Jump Start/USB switch is turned ON. Next, check the battery connections to make sure the clips are making a solid connection to both the battery and the frame; clean the connection points and rock the clamps back and forth. Also, check the battery charge status by pressing the button on the front of the unit. Finally, your vehicle's battery may be defective, and you should have it checked.
