What to do if my Schumacher Remote Starter won't jump start my car?

If your Schumacher Remote Starter isn't jump-starting your car, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the clamps have a solid connection to both the battery and the frame, and that these connection points are clean. If the connections are reversed, disconnect the jump starter and reverse the clamps. Check the charge level by pressing the Light/USB Power button; the LEDs will show the charge status. Also, make sure the jump starter is turned on by pressing the Jump start button. If these steps don't work, your vehicle's battery might be defective and should be checked by a professional.
