      To sync workout results from your Schwinn Exercise Bike with a Bluetooth® enabled device, the machine must be in Idle Mode. Push the PAUSE(END) button until the Power Up Mode screen is displayed. Note that only workouts longer than 1 minute are saved and posted by the Console. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet for a few minutes, then reconnect it. Ensure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your device and that your device is compatible with the Fitness App.

Also, select the EDIT USER PROFILE option for your user profile. If eliminating interference doesn't resolve the issue, replace the strap. If the HR still doesn't function, replace the console.
