1. Remove hardware (indicated) that attaches the Seat Rail Assembly to
the Rower Engine. Set the hardware safely aside for reassembly.
2. Carefully separate the Seat Rail Assembly and the Rower Engine.
Disconnect the Data Cables and Heart Rate Cables
NOTICE: Do not crimp the cables. This step may require two people.
