Attach the Rear Fenders
Parts: Rear Fenders, rear frame
Tools: Phillips Head screwdriver or 10mm box wrench
(minimum4”shaft)
Hardware: 3 small screws
The hardware comes attached to the frame. Remove
the hardware before you begin this procedure.
1. Positionthefendersotherearreectorisfacingaway
from the bike.
2. Align the slots on the fender tabs with the slots on the
rear frame tabs. Note:Thetabsonthefendershouldbe
on the outside of the tabs on the rear frame tabs.
3. Working from the inside of the wheel, fasten 2 screws
through the side holes of the fender tab into the rear
frame tabs. Do not tighten securely.
4. Rotate the rear wheel until there is adequate space for
the Phillips Head screwdriver or 10mm wrench to reach
through the spokes to the center fender hole. Attach
screw but do not tighten securely.
5. Pull the fender upwards away from the tire to make sure
the tire has proper clearance. Securely tighten the 3 bolts
to hold the fender in place.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the second fender.
