What to do if my Scion xB Car Receiver has no sound?

If your Scion Car Receiver displays 'Incorrect Disc Format' or you experience no sound/distorted sound, first, ensure that if you're using IR headphones, the IRT power is on via the IRT ON/OFF button on the remote. Check that the headphone batteries are fresh. If using the vehicle radio, verify that nothing is plugged into the vehicle’s AUX jack and that the radio is in AUX mode. Also, make sure the disc is loaded correctly with the label facing the driver.
