Hand programming of the GEO84Z Alphanumeric pager

Insert a battery – the pager will emit two short beeps.
Press & hold the ‘Read’ key to switch the pager on. As
soon as the pager displays the start-up message, press
both the ‘Read’ & ‘Function’ keys. NB – if the pager
model is ‘GEO84ZM V7R’ you must first release the
‘Read’ key & then immediately press both the ‘Read’ &
‘Function’ keys.

The password login screen should now be displayed. The
default password is ‘7276’. Change each digit in turn by
using the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ keys. Confirm each correct digit
and move on to the next by pressing the ‘Read’ key.
