temperature and age of the machine.
To keep your SCOTSMAN CUBER at peak performance levels, periodic maintenance checks must
be carried out as indicated on page 40 of this manual.
Production charts shown indicate the production of ACM models; ice production of ACL and ACS
models is 10% lower.
