Pour on the upper side of
the evaporator 2 liters of
fresh water with 10-15 drops
of Scotsman Antialgae
Solution then….
…. turn again the machine in
cleaning mode for 10 minutes
so to sanitize all the water
system.
NOTE. Do not mix delimer with
sanitizing solution to avoid the
generation of a very aggressive acid.
