Every 1000 cycles Lubrication of the guide screw
- Place the selector in ‘manual’ mode
- Unscrew the screws on the central front plate of the operating
mechanism, and remove the plate to access the greasing trap.
- Clean the screw with a cloth, and apply without excess using a
brush a film of grease on the screw. Molykote BR2Plus Grease
- Carry out a few manual operations to ensure even spreading
of grease on the screw, and remove, if required, any excess
grease on the end stops and on the 2 faces of the mobile nut.
- Put back the central front plate and fasten the screws you
removed.
Commissioning Check tightening of the LV terminals:
Every 3 years This check must be run on the box side. Manually pull the
wires to ensure that they are properly connected to the connectors.
Check that the connectors are correctly plugged in.
Retighten if required.
