TROUBLESHOOTING - DEPANNAGE - RISOLUZIONE PROBLEMI
1- If the motor opens when the close button is pressed, then the phase
cables are reversed. Disconnect cables and reconnect them in reverse
1- Si le moteur s'ouvre lorsque on appuye sur le bouton de fermeture, alors
les câbles de phase sont inversés. Reconnectez-les dans le sens inverse
1- Se il motore apre quando si preme il pulsante di chiusura, allora
sono invertiti i cavi di fase. Scollegarli e ricollegarli al contrario
2- If the drive adapter rotates in only one direction, then the switch of the other
direction is OFF. Rotate the crown towards the drive adapter rotating direction
2- Si l'adaptateur d'entraînement tourne dans un seul sens, alors le switch de
l’autre sens est OFF. Tourner la couronne dans le sens de rotation adaptateur
2- Se l'adattatore di trasmissione ruota in una sola direzione, allora lo switch
dell'altra direzione è OFF. Ruotare la corona nel senso di rotazione adattatore

3- If the motor suddenly stops during operation, then the rated operating
time (4 min) is overpassed. Let the motor cool down for about 20 minutes
3- Si le moteur s’arrête pendant le cycle, alors le temps de fonctionnement
nominal (4 min) a été dépassé. Laisser refroidir le moteur pour environ 20 min.

4- If the motor stops before the cycle is completed, then increase the working space. Uninstall the motor and
rotate the crown several times in the opposite direction; install the motor again and repeat the limit switch setting
4- Si le moteur s'arrête avant la fin du cycle, augmenter l'espace de travail. Démonter le moteur et tourner la
couronne plusieurs fois dans le sens opposé; Remonter le moteur et répéter les réglages des fins de course
4- Se il motore si ferma prima di completare il ciclo, bisogna aumentare lo spazio di lavoro. Smontare il motore e
ruotare la corona più volte in senso contrario; rimontarlo e ripetere le regolazioni finecorsa
5- If the motor suddenly make noise during the shutter rolling, then the roller tube has
not been shortened enough and causes friction. Shorten the tube (see next page)
5- Si le moteur fait du bruit pendant le roulement du volet, alors le tube enroulable n'a pas été
suffisamment raccourci et provoque des frottements. Raccourcir le tube (voir page suivante)
5- Se il motore emette rumore durante l'avvolgimento della tapparella, allora il tubo avvolgibile non è
stato accorciato a sufficienza e provoca attrito. Accorciare il tubo (vedi pagina successiva)
6- If the motor does not run or runs slowly, then check if the voltage is too low, or check the wirings
or check if the load is in accordance with the rated torque or check if the motor is correctly installed
6- Si le moteur ne tourne pas ou tourne lentement, alors vérifiez si la tension est trop basse, ou
vérifiez les câblages ou vérifiez si la charge est conforme au couple ou si le moteur est bien installé

lare i cablaggi o controllare se il carico è conforme alla coppia o se il motore è installato correttamente
