The California Air Resources Board is pleased to explain the evaporative emis-
sions control system’s warranty on your 2022 spark-ignition marine watercraft
(SIMW). In California, new spark-ignition marine watercraft must be designed,
built, and equipped to meet the State’s stringent anti-smog standards. Bombar-
dier Recreational Products Inc. must warrant the evaporative emissions control
system on your spark-ignition marine watercraft for the period listed below, pro-
vided there has been no abuse, neglect or improper maintenance of your spar-
k-ignition marine watercraft.
Your evaporative emissions control system may include parts such as: canisters,
carburetors, clamps, connectors, filters, fuel caps, fuel lines, fuel tanks, valves,
vapor hoses, and other associated evaporative emissions control system
components.
MMAANNUUFFAACCTTUURREERRSS WWAARRRRAANNTTYY CCOOVVEERRAAGGEE::
This evaporative emissions control system is warranted for two years. If any
evaporative emission-related part on your spark-ignition marine watercraft
(SIMW) is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by Bombardier Recrea-
tional Products Inc.

2. Fuel Cap
3. Fuel Line
4. Fuel Line Fitting(s)
5. Fuel Tank
6. Pressure Relief Valve(s)*
7. Vapor Hose(s)
8. All other parts not listed that may affect the evaporative emissions control
system

OOWWNNEERRSS WWAARRRRAANNTTYY RREESSPPOONNSSIIBBIILLIITTIIEESS::
As the personal watercraft owner, you are responsible for performance of the re-
quired maintenance listed in your owner’s manual. Bombardier Recreational
Products Inc. recommends that you retain all receipts covering maintenance on
your spark-ignition marine watercraft (SIMW), but Bombardier Recreational Prod-
ucts Inc. cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts.
As the spark-ignition marine watercraft (SIMW) owner, you should however be
aware that Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. may deny you warranty cover-
age if your spark-ignition marine watercraft (SIMW) or a part has failed due to
abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.
You are responsible for presenting your spark-ignition marine watercraft (SIMW)
to a Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. distribution center or service center
