OPERATION
 Keep the extractor clean and maintain it in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
 Keep all non-essential persons away from the work area.
 Check extractor connections and fittings before use.
 Ensure that the tank capacity exceeds the amount of fluid to be collected.
 DO NOT use the extractor for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
 DO NOT operate the extractor if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.
 WARNING! Engine oil maybe hot when extracting.
 ImpoRtANt! Ensure that you wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, face mask as appropriate for the fluid being extracted.
 WARNING! Do Not allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.
 Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.
 WARNING! Do Not use with gasoline or other flammable liquids.
 DO NOT use the unit to extract dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkalines or solvents.
 The container is not designed for long term storage.
 DO NOT store the unit under extreme conditions.
 DO NOT turn the container upside down when it is holding fluids.
 DO NOT adapt the unit for any other purpose.
 When not in use, store in a safe, dry, childproof area.

4ltr Capacity device constructed from composite materials and suitable for the extraction of engine oils from cars, motorcycles, marine engines,
stationary engines and industrial machinery. Also suitable for low viscosity uids such as water. Supplied with 2 suction probes, easy-pour spout
and cover cap. Use probes to remove engine oil through the dipstick tube.

3.1. Assembly
3.1.1. Screw the pump (g.1.2) onto the threaded tting at the top of
the container (g.1.1).
3.1.2. Push the required probe (g..1.6 or 7) into the inlet connector
(g.1.4) until tight.
3.1.3. For maximum length, the 5mm probe can be connected to the
end of the 8mm probe.
3.2. Preparation
3.1.1. Before attempting to extract any uid, ensure that the machine
to be worked on has stopped and is secured against restarting.
3.1.2. Be aware that engine oil and other uids may be hot, and take
precautions.
3.3. Fluid Extraction
3.3.1. Feed the probe into the appropriate access point (e.g. dip tube)
Ensure that the tip of the probe is immersed fully into the uid.
3.3.2. Pump the handle (g1.3) repeatedly until a vacuum is created in
the container.
3.3.3. Continue to pump as required.
3.3.4. As the container lls, stop pumping and monitor the level of uid
in the container. The pump assembly will be damaged if uid is
drawn into it.

Assembly

Screw the pump onto the container and push the required probe into the inlet connector until tight.

Preparation

Ensure the machine is stopped and secured, and be aware of hot fluids.

Fluid Extraction

Feed probe into access point, pump to create vacuum, monitor level, and avoid drawing fluid into the pump.

Transport and Emptying

Seal container with anti-spill caps for transport and pour contents away for emptying, disposing responsibly.

Maintenance and Storage

Cleaning

Clean the unit and probes with warm, soapy water only and allow to dry thoroughly before storage.

Damage Check and Storage

Regularly check for damage, replace parts if needed, and store in a secure, dry, childproof location.
