7) Installation
Restart the analyzer to start installation after downloaded successfully. It needs
restarting in the process, please restart.

Problems and Errors
The analyzer does not turn on
Failure of loading home screen
Abnormal testing results
The mouse can not move
The built-in thermal printer can
not work
The external printer can not
work
The soft keyboard can not work
Two-dimensional bar code can
not be identified
Message "This test is abnormal,
please retest with new reagent disc"
Recommended action
Verify that all connectors are firmly inserted and the electric
outlet is working properly;
Check if the input voltage meets the requirement of analyzer
(110V-240V AC)
Restart the analyzer
Check if the reagent disc is expired;
Check if the parameter settings of analytes are right
Use USB mouse as an alternative
Reconnecting the USB mouse to computer;
Check if the USB mouse damaged; Restart the analyzer
Check if the “Build-in Printer” mode has been selected in Setting
screen;
Check if the thermal printing paper is loaded in the right direction
Check if the “External Printer” mode has been selected in Setting
screen; Verify if the USB cables are connected firmly between
printer and analyzer; Make sure the external printer matching
the analyzer
Try to use the soft keyboard in another screen
Restart the analyzer
Check if the reagent plate puts right in the drawer
Check if two-dimension bar code is damaged
Contact your local distributor or Seamaty
Screens display, but touch
function does not work
