The rechargeable batteries are charged by
the mains unit supplied. For this purpose,
the mains unit needs to be connected to
the mains for at least 24 hours.
Please use only the mains unit sup-
plied or mains units from the seca
range of accessories. Before plugging
the unit into the socket, check whether
the mains voltage marked on the
mains unit matches local mains volt-
age.
4. Setting up and aligning the scale
– Place the scale on a level surface.
– Align the scale using the two bottom
knurled nuts (1 and 2) and the two ad-
justable feet (3 and 4) so that the display
in the spirit level (5) is central. This set-
ting can be secured using the top lock-
nuts (6, 7, 8 and 9).
