①For models with screw lock type crown, unscrew the crown by
turningitcounterclockwise.

②Pulloutthecrowntofirstclick.

③Turn the crown counterclockwise to advance the date and
clockwisetomoveitback. The date changes one day by turning
thehourhandtwofullcircles.

④Turnthecrowntosetthehourhandtothecurrenttime.

⑤Pushthe crown back in. For models with screw lock type crown,
screwitincompletelybyturningitclockwisewhilepressingit.

③Pushthecrownbackinsimultaneouslywiththetimesignal.
(For models with screw lock type crown, screw it in completely by turning it clockwise while
pressingit.)
＊Donotleavethecrownpulledouttothefirstorsecondclickposition,asthiswillshortenthe
batterylife.
