time is delayed one second simultaneously throughout the world by the Greenwich
RoyalObservatory.
In the Greenwich Mean Time, an extra second will be added to the one minute
between11:59P.M.and12:00A.M.eitheronDecember31storonJune30th.
IntheJapanTime,dueto the time differential anextrasecondwillbeadded to the
oneminutebetween8:59A.M.and9:00A.M.onJanuary1storJuly1st.
