Unlock the screw lock type crown by turning it counterclockwise until it can be operated.
Lock the crown by turning it clockwise while pressing it into the watch body until it stops.
Pull the crown to the second click to set the hour and minute hands after aligning the small second hand.
Pull the crown to the first click and turn clockwise to set the date, avoiding 9 PM to 3 AM.
Start/stop the stopwatch with button A, and reset with button B.
Repeat button A to restart and stop; use button B to reset.
Turn the Security Lock Button counterclockwise until threads stop turning.
Turn the Security Lock Button clockwise until threads stop turning.
Use stopwatch to time travel over 1km/mile; scale gives hourly speed.
Time 1 job with stopwatch; scale indicates jobs per hour.
Start stopwatch at light flash, stop at sound, read distance on scale.
