  Your Seiko Watch may gain or lose time if it has been exposed to extremely high or low temperatures. Return the watch to a normal temperature and reset the time. Also, the watch may have been left close to an object with a strong magnetic field. Move the watch away from the magnetic source. If you dropped the watch, hit it against a hard surface, or exposed it to strong vibrations, contact the retailer from whom the watch was purchased.
