The SAEfon telephone sets are multifunctional digital telephones
specifically for ISDN exchanges in the SAE ISPBX line produced
by SELTA: they allow the use of advanced voice/data services and
will quickly become a pratical and functional instrument for your
personal communication.
The most significant characteristics of the SAEfon include: a large
alphanumerical display (only with specific product version) that
shows (while the telephone in “on-hook”), the number, name and
service class on its first row and the date on its second row, a
hands free facility, use of ISDN supplementary services,
management of a personal telephone directory, speakerphone
facility, availability of many programmable keys for the immediate
execution of personalized functions, a user badge reader, an
RS232 interface for P.C. connession, an interface to connect a K
module for the user’s supervision.
This manual describes in detail the services offered by the SAEfon
telephones.
Note: the services available either depend upon the software
version employed at the SAE exchange to wich the telephone is
connected or upon the software version and the option installed in
your telephone.
During the description, a space is left where reference is made to a
programmable service code (i.e. prefix or suffix) in order to allow
you to enter its value for use as a reminder.
