• Do not allow children to use the appliance without
supervision. If you are not using the appliance store it
out of reach of children. If children get hold of the
appliance without adult supervision, a child could be
injured or the appliance could be damaged.
• Before storing the appliance, check that the stand arm
is tilted to the horizontal position.
• Do not place the appliance on an electric or gas stove
or in its vicinity, do not place it in the vicinity of an
open fire or an appliance that is a source of heat.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced at
a technical service centre. It is forbidden to use the
appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug.
• To avoid the danger of injury by electrical shock, do not
repair the appliance yourself or make any adjustments
to it. Have all repairs or adjustments of the appliance
performed at an authorised service centre. Tampering
with the appliance during the warranty period may void
the warranty policy.
• Do not place heavy items on the power cord. Make
sure the power cord does not hang over the edge of
a table, or that it does not touch a hot surface.
• Do not disconnect the appliance from the power socket
by pulling on the power cord. This could damage the
power cord or the power socket. Disconnect the cord
from the power socket by gently pulling the plug of
the power cord.
