If your SentrySafe Safe displays a red (error) LED accompanied by three beeps, it indicates either that you've pressed the Program key out of sequence or that you've entered an invalid code or user PIN. To resolve this, verify the code and re-enter it, or reprogram the safe.
Why is it difficult to open my SentrySafe Safes?
The difficulty in opening your SentrySafe EF safe could be due to the gasket expanding from temperature changes, extended periods where the safe is left open, or bent locking bolts. To resolve this, close the door and pull the handle upward until the handle is horizontal. For water-resistant units, additional pressure to the front, left side of the door may need to be applied prior to rotating the handle.
