Adiustment of Rear Brake
The vehicle ,.;l10ule be ,;up ported hv the main sl.aml Ior check.
(1) The rear brake pedal has a hccoperating movement of 20-30mm a ,;hown in the rigure on the t’i;!;ht side.
(2) To make adjm:tmcnt,turn the rear brake adjusting nut clockwise to r·educe and counl.en:lockwise to in eretl.e the free operating movement
o1 the brake pedal.
(3) After wljustnwnuhe groove of the cHijw;ling nul sh01tld IJP alig ·pd wi1l1 the pin of the brake arm.
Caution:
After rel(ula.tion,check the rear hrakinl( system.The hrakinl( liKht should he litu on time when the rear brake i.-; applied hy
steppinx down the brake pedal.
Adiustment of Chain
Check the <:hain for wear,tension and lubrication.

if the sag is within the specified range of 10-20mm.
(2)\Vhen nogulaliort is neederl,loostm the ax.le nul and locking nul of the rear· whecl,then set the chain to the required tension hy tuming the
adjm;ting nuL
(3)(lApply a little )!rease Lo the chain.
Caution:
At the nd of rexulation,the marks on the chain adjuster should he in l(ood coordination with the enl{raved line on the horizontal fork al po.-
;ition is concerned.
