If you think your automatic Washer Dryer is not working properly, ensure that you have referred to the
following before you call for service. The company reserves the right to charge for a service call if an
inspection reveals that the appliance is in fact in working order. We advise that for your safety and the
continued trouble free operation of your appliance, all repairs and maintenance should be carried out by our
authorised agents using genuine parts.
For advise on the use of your appliance and after sales service calls, telephone the

1 Your name, address and postcode.
2 Your telephone number.
3 Model number for the appliance (See the section on Technical Information).
4 The date you purchased the appliance.
5 Clear and concise details of the fault.
6 The guarantee only covers defects resulting from faulty workmanship or components.
7 To obtain your free in-guarantee service repair, proof of purchase must be provided or a charge will be made.
