Function Description

The SEVENOC Digital Lock M1 offers various functionalities for secure access control:

Administrator Information: This refers to the administrator's Passcode or SEVENOC RFID Card, which is used to manage the lock's settings and user access.

Unlock Information: This encompasses any valid input Passcode or SEVENOC RFID Card, including those belonging to administrators and ordinary users, that can unlock the device.

Key Functions:

"*" (Clear/Back Key): This key serves as a clear or back function. Pressing it three times in succession will exit the current operation.
"#" (Confirmation/Menu Function Key): This key is used to confirm inputs or access menu functions.

Original State:

Initial Passcode: The factory default administrator passcode is "123456". In this initial state, any Passcode or SEVENOC RFID Card can open the lock.
Security Activation: Once a new administrator Passcode or SEVENOC RFID Card is set, the lock's security is activated, and only registered Passcodes and RFID cards can open it. Unknown RFID cards will no longer work.

Usage Features

The lock offers comprehensive features for managing administrators and users:

Modifying Administrator Passcode:

From the "Initiate State," input "*12#" and press the confirmation key ("#").
Input the current administrator passcode (e.g., "123456#") and press "#".
Input the new administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
Re-enter the new administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#" to confirm.

Adding Users: The lock supports adding users via Passcode, SEVENOC RFID Card, and Fingerprint.

Adding Passcode:
1. Input "*85#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. Input the new user passcode (e.g., "147258#") and press "#".
4. Re-enter the new user passcode (e.g., "147258#") and press "#" to confirm.
Adding SEVENOC RFID Card:
1. Input "*85#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. The lock will sound "BEEP" three times.
4. Place the SEVENOC RFID Card against the Card Reader Sensor on the Digital Lock.
5. "Operation successful" will be indicated.
Adding Fingerprint:
1. Input "*85#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. The lock will sound "BEEP" three times.
4. Place the user's finger on the Sensor on the Digital Lock.
5. "Operation successful" will be indicated.

Deleting All User Information: The lock allows for the deletion of all user Passcodes, Card information, or Fingerprint information.

Deleting All User Passcode Information:
1. Input "*71#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. "Operation successful" will be indicated.
Deleting All User Card Information:
1. Input "*69#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. "Operation successful" will be indicated.
Deleting All User Fingerprint Information:
1. Input "*70#" and press "#".
2. Input the administrator passcode (e.g., "456789#") and press "#".
3. "Operation successful" will be indicated.

Maintenance Features

The document also provides important notes regarding the lock's operation and maintenance:

Security Features:

Wrong Passcode Lockout: If an incorrect passcode is entered more than 5 times consecutively, the keyboard will lock for 30 seconds, and no operations will be possible during this period.
Passcode Peeping Prevention: To prevent others from observing your passcode, you can input extraneous codes before and after the actual passcode (e.g., "XXX passcode XXX"). The actual passcode must be included within the input, followed by "#" to confirm.

Operational Efficiency:

Automatic Exit: If there is no operation for more than 10 seconds, the system will automatically exit the current menu.

Battery and Low Voltage Alarm:

Low Voltage Alarm: When the voltage drops below 4.8V, the lock will automatically trigger an alarm every time it is opened.
Post-Alarm Usage: After the low voltage alarm, the lock can still be opened approximately 200 times.
Unlock Delay: Once the 200-use limit is exceeded, each unlock operation will have a 5-second delay.
Battery Replacement: New batteries must be replaced before the available number of times is exhausted to ensure continuous operation.
