Problem Cause/Solution
The window cleaner leaves streaks
on the cleaned surface
The squeegee lip is not attached. Attach the squeegee lip to the clean-
ing head (“5 After cleaning windows” on page 26).
The squeegee lip is soiled. Remove the squeegee lip from the clean-
ing head; clean the squeegee lip and the cleaning head and re-attach
all components to the window cleaner (“5 After cleaning windows” on
page 26).
The cleaning agent is incorrectly dosed. Empty the spray bottle and
rell (“Filling the spray bottle” on page 24).
Water leaks from the window
cleaner
The dirty water tank is full. Empty the dirty water tank
(“5 After cleaning windows” on page 26).
The dirty water tank is incorrectly attached. Remove the dirty water
tank from the window cleaner and re-attach until it clicks into place
(“5 After cleaning windows” on page 26).
The spray bottle does not spray The spray nozzle is in STOP position. Turn the spray nozzle to spray
jet or atomiser position (see > illustrated Quick Start Guide).
Insufcient amount of water in the spray bottle. Fill the spray bottle;
do not exceed MAX marking.
Blue light is ashing The charge level of the rechargeable battery is too low. Charge the
battery (“Charging the rechargeable battery” on page 23).
