Why does my Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away NV750 Vacuum Cleaner turn off by itself?

If your Shark Vacuum Cleaner turns off or the indicator light flashes red, it could be due to overheating or a loose hose connection. If the vacuum overheats, the thermostat will automatically turn off the suction motor. To restart it: 1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum. 2. Empty the dust cup and clean the filters. 3. Check for blockages in the hoses, accessories, and inlet openings. 4. Let the unit cool down for at least 45 minutes. 5. Plug the vacuum back in and turn it on. Also, ensure the hose is securely connected to the pod. A poor electrical connection can cause the hose to come loose and turn off the vacuum. Make sure all parts are securely clicked into place at all connection points.
