and D2 on the PWB ass'y 1.
Is the measured value 
approx. 20.6 Vac ?
Replace the PWB with a new 
one.
Is the 2.5A fuse 
open circuit ?
Replace the fuse and varistor 
with new ones.
Replace the transformer with
a new one.
