the hi ghest priority on safe ty . However , i mproper use can r esult in el ectric shock and/or fire . In order
to prevent potent ial danger , please observe the follow i ng i nst ru ct i ons when installing, opera ti ng
and cleani ng the produc t. To ensure you r safety and prolong the serv i ce l ife of your Liquid Crystal
Tel ev isi on , please read t he follow i ng precautions caref u ll y before using t he product.

Vent ilation - The ven ts and other openin gs in t he cabinet are designed for vent ilation. Do not cover
or block th ese vents and openings since insufficien t vent ilation can ca u se overheat i ng and/or sh orten
the life of the product. Do not place the product on a bed, so fa, rug or other similar surface , si nce
they can block vent il ati on openings. This product is no t des i gned for built-in installation; do not pl ace
t he prod uct in an enclosed pl ace such as a bookcase or rack , unl ess proper vent ilation is provided or
the manufacturer's instructions are followed.

The front panel used in this product is made of gl ass. Therefore , it ca n break when the product is
dropped or appl i ed with i mpact. Be carefu l not to be injur ed by broken gl ass pieces in case the pane l
breaks.
• Heat - The prod uc t should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat regi sters,
stoves, or other produ cts (inc l ud ing amp li fiers) that produce heat.

pict ure deta i ls.Occasiona l ly , a few non-act i ve pixels may appear on the screen as a fixed point of
bl ue , green or red. Pl ease note th at this does not affect the performance of your produ ct.
• Lightni ng - For ad ded pro t ection for th is telev isi on equ i pment during a lightning storm, or when it is

eft unattended and unused for l ong periods of ti me, unp lug it from t he wall outlet and di sconnect the
antenna. This w ill prevent damage to the equ i pmen t due to li ghtn ing a nd power -li ne surges .

Power Li nes - An outside antenna system shou ld not be l ocated in the vic in it y of overhead power
lin es or other electric li ght or power ci rc ui ts, or where it can fa ll into such power lines or ci rcu i ts.
When i nstal l ing an outside an tenna system, extreme care shou ld be taken to keep f rom t ouch i ng
such power lines or cir cui ts as contact with them might be fata l.
