If your Sharp TV has no picture and no sound, begin by checking the tuner supply voltage. LB should be approximately 5V, BT should be approximately 32V. Also, verify the CH preset data. You may also want to check pin(38) of IC801; pin (27) of IC801, Tuner and related circuit; pin (1) of SF201, Tuner and related circuit; pin (37) of IC801 and related circuit; and Q253, Q254 and related circuit.
