Is the LVDS signal output from IC3302 (DIGITAL_AV_DECODER_&_MAIN_CPU_&_VIDEO PROCESSER) respectively?

Does not the picture come out when VHF/UHF is received?
Is the video signal (TUNER_CVBS) output from pin (16) of
TUNER (TU1101)?
NO Check the tuner and its peripheral circuits.
Replace as required.

Is the video signal (TUNER_CVBS) sent to pin (AD29/
TU_CVBS) of IC3302 (Digital AV decode & Main CPU)?
NO Check the line between TU1101 and IC3302. (Q1106, etc.)
